Due to the nature of handmade scented candles, **we do not accept returns for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with scent, appearance, or personal preference**.
Returns are only accepted for **damaged or defective products** within **15 days** of the original delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website.
- You must provide clear photos of the damage/defect, along with the order number.
- Custom/personalized orders are only eligible for returns if they arrive damaged or defective.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than confirmed damage or defect:
- Opened, burned, or partially used candles
- Custom engraved/personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery

## 3. Process for Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support at hello.ddgiftshop@zohomail.com within **7 days** of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
